Joseph L Graves is an African american professor of biological studies. His parents were poor an didn’t come from a lot. He had to teach his self how to read and write at a young age. He has written two books about the evolution about biology. He has been a Principal Investigator on grants from the National Institute of Health, National Science Foundation and the Arizona Disease Research Commission. He was born in the year of 1955 and died around the age of 61-62.
Emlen Tunnell was the first african american safety to play for the New York Giants. He was a game changer for the Giants at the time. A lot of people were surprised by this because there weren’t a lot of African American players in the league at the time. His hometown is Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He went to the University of Toledo and Iowa and was undrafted coming out of college.
The club I might join in college will probably be some type of sports club. I chose this because it’s hard to resist being in some type of sport. Sports will always be apart of my life even when i’m in my eighties. I want people in my college to be able to tell or ask me to do something athletic and I could do it for no problem. I want people to know me for who I am but also know me from the activities that I did.
